Tour of Britain
No, not us, sadly. But the 2024 Tour of Britain Women’s Cycling event will be arriving in Llandudno on 6th June, having cycled earlier that day from Welshpool via the western side of the Conwy Valley.
This 1st Stage of the Tour will be 142.5km long, and that includes 2,276m of climbing. Just Click Here to see the route so if you want to spectate, you can choose your spot in advance and be there ready as the cyclists fly past.

Looking Ahead
Remember to put a marker on the 6th June in your diary which will be the date of the next Thursday afternoon friendly, when our Club will play against the Oval on their green.
Looking Around
The Chester Heritage Festival 2024 takes place around the city from 21st to 30th June. With plenty of events it should make a very interesting trip. In addition, events are held during the year. One of those events is held every Saturday during the summer (and Wednesday’s during school holidays) and gives children the opportunity to learn to be a Roman Soldier.
