Please be aware that next Wednesday, 24th June, there will be a Ladies Doubles Qualification. The first at 1:00pm and the other at 2:00pm. P.S. A photo of the Ladies ‘B’ Team has been postponed to a future date TBA.

Through the Cup Quarter Final

The Club’s Clwydian League ‘A’ Team successfully won the Division ‘A’ Quarter Final match, versus Min y Don, held on 12th June at Mochdre Park. Despite Min y Don starting with +40-points on their team scorecard, our team won the match by 10-points after 10-games. Our team won this cup competition last year.

Mark Ball is WCGBA Merit Champion 2026

Mark Ball was the overall winner at the WCGBA Veterans Merit Competition held on Wednesday 10th June at the Bethesda Bowling Club. Many congratulations to Mark for such a superb achievement. Vardre Deganwy Bowling Club is very proud of you. Click Here to read the WCGBA’s report on the event.

Clarice and Her Mini-Me

Club Member Clarice has recently turned 90 and has been out and about celebrating in style. This included participating in the Odd Couple Doubles event on Sunday. Debs Rasmussen gave Clarice a knitted version of herself in a Club shirt. A true double.

The re-arranged Clwydian League ‘A’ Team’s match originally arranged for Tuesday 9th June will now be held on Monday 8th June at Vardre, starting as usual at 2:15pm.
