Defib and CPR Ready
In July a number of Club Members took part in a defibrillator and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training. CPR is a life-saving technique used when someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped, using chest compressions and to maintain blood flow and oxygenation until medical help arrives.
