Well Done U3A and Others

The Vardre Deganwy ‘A’ Team in the Saturday North Wales Coast League had a great win at home today. Bob and Gwyn really enjoyed themselves but not sure if it was bowls related.

The Wales in Bloom Award Certificate, and Tommy, arrive in Conwy for a bit of sightseeing before heading back to the Vardre Deganwy bowling club.

Hot off the press from Dave H, Vardre improved in the competition this year by promotion to the “Outstanding” Category, from which the winner is selected. There were 37 entries competing for this “It’s Your Neighbourhood” Category so to finish in the top group was a great achievement.
