Hot off the press from Dave H, Vardre improved in the competition this year by promotion to the “Outstanding” Category, from which the winner is selected. There were 37 entries competing for this “It’s Your Neighbourhood” Category so to finish in the top group was a great achievement. Tommy received the framed Certificate (official photo to follow).
