This training will be held at the Vardre Deganwy Clubhouse on Friday 19th May @ 10:00am for 2.5 hours. It will include First Aid Awareness, CPR and the use of our defibrillator, and will be run by the St. John’s Ambulance. And the best bit is it is completely FREE to participants.
If Club Members are interested in participating, please add your name to the list in the Clubhouse where a few members have already added their names. There is a maximum limit of 15-people – so don’t delay. If there are even more members interested, we will put you on a “waiting list”. Thanks. Marina
Whilst we’re on the subject, is your own First Aid Kit/Box at home still fit for purpose with appropriate contents that are still in date and usable? Might be worth a check before you next use your hammer on your thumb.
