Two events coming up over the long Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend:
- Thursday 2nd June: Dave Holland says, “Just to let you know that there will be a club competition Friendly game this coming Thursday. We know it’s the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations but she specifically asked that we organise something as it was her who put the Crown in Crown Green Bowling. So please turn up no later than 1:30pm so we can organise the teams. £1 will get you a great afternoon of fun, tea, biscuits and the possibility of a royal visit.
- Saturday 4th June: Ian Wilson says, “Both A and B teams have byes next Saturday (June 4th) and so both squads will take part in an event commencing at 1:30pm at the Vardre green”.
