The winner of yesterday’s very exciting Spider Competition on the green was Gaye. Dave P presents the cash prize. Well done Gaye. Security was on hand (below) to escort her home with her cash winnings.

Dave H wanted to know what was happening on the green today so he was checking the Club’s website for information. It’s a great way of keeping up to date with what’s going on. Today, 14th October 2021, is the 955th Anniversary of the Battle of Hastings. However, there will be no need to re-enact this on the bowling green this afternoon at the Final Friendly of the Season. Enjoy the day – be there by 1:30pm – and look forward to the special “Spider” event.
