Have you ever wondered where the mysterious people come from to referee Competitions in Wales and across the country? Well, they belong to the British Crown Green Referees Society. For these referees, the country is split into 5 areas. Wales, is in Area 2 along with Cheshire, Merseyside and the Isle of Man. There are 11-referees in Wales and one of them is our own Arthur Peake.
