The Longest Yarn Exhibit – a tribute to the D-Day Landings of 1944 during WWII – starts today at the Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Square, in the centre of Llandudno. It is a modern-day equivalent of the Bayeux Tapestry, in 80-panels. This is touring the UK & USA in 2024. Not only that, but you can also see the Ripon Tank on display in the Victoria Centre (already insitu) and, at Clare’s Department Store, you can view the Creative Criccieth Gown of Poppies.
