Dave H circulated a reminder to Members on Wednesday evening about the Club’s charity fundraising day to be held on 30th July with all proceeds to be donated to our local primary school in Deganwy, as requested by the late David Rogers Jones, our previous Chairman. Let’s make it a day to remember – come rain or shine. Hopefully, the recent rainfalls will not occur so that the Spider competition and all the other things great planned for the day can be enjoyed without the need for full wet weather gear.
The day starts at 1:00pm if you want to participate in the Spider (£1 entry) which will take place at 1:30pm with a good prize to be won. The bowls match (£2.50 pp entry) will take place immediately after that.
If you can donate a Tombola and Raffle Prize/s then please bring it/them along to the Clubhouse in the next week so that all prep can be done on Saturday 29th July. Thank you to everyone for supporting this event.
