Just to let you know that I completed the Snowdon Sunrise Challenge in the early hours of Sunday 12^th May to raise funds for St David’s Hospice.  Weather was great – dry, very little wind.  Temp. was -4 at 5.30am on the top and the sunrise was glorious.  When I reached the top I shed a tear for the great friend I lost last year in whose remembrance I was doing it.   I took just over 6 hours to complete the challenge but every step was worth it. Another one to tick off my bucket list and lots of thanks to you all for your donations. Total I’ve raised to date is £672.70 of which members of Vardre BC have contributed £225.00.  With gift aid to be claimed by the charity the total amount should eventually be over £750!
