12th September 2021 was the day of the Competition – held at the Vardre Deganwy Bowling Club. Find out about the day and see the photographs.

The Wales in Bloom Award Certificate, and Tommy, arrive in Conwy for a bit of sightseeing before heading back to the Vardre Deganwy bowling club.

Hot off the press from Dave H, Vardre improved in the competition this year by promotion to the “Outstanding” Category, from which the winner is selected. There were 37 entries competing for this “It’s Your Neighbourhood” Category so to finish in the top group was a great achievement. Good luck today to Tommy and Dave. Enjoy the event. Whatever the outcome, Tommy’s hard work in keeping the green surrounded by brightly coloured flowers all season long has not gone unnoticed by anyone in the Club.
